Bran Muffins


INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Stir in 5 cups flour, 5 t baking soda, and 1 t salt.
Add cooled bran mixture and 4 cups bran flakes
(or raisin bran flakes or add 1 lb raisins, cut
dates or currents). Batter can be covered and
refrigerated for up to 6 weeks. When spooning out
for muffins, do not stir batter.

Bake at 400 for 15 to 18 minutes. Test like a cake
