Lasagna Florentine

9 long lasagna noodles
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE™ Lean Ground Turkey Breast
2 teaspoons bottled or fresh minced garlic
1 container (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, as desired
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 jar (28 ounces) spaghetti sauce
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the turkey and garlic over medium heat until the turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. In a small bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, spinach, pepper flakes and nutmeg: Mix well.

Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Layer half of noodles over sauce; spoon cheese mixture over noodles. Spoon 1 cup sauce over cheese; repeat layering with remaining noodles, cheese mixture and sauce. Cover with foil; bake 50 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over lasagna; return to oven and continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings.
