Put Sugar, Water and Yeast into cup and let stand until it grows.
Warm Milk and Butter in microwave until Butter melts.
Add Eggs, remaining Sugar and Salt to Sugar and Yeast mixture.
Alternate Flour and Milk mixture mixing on mixer knead. Cover and refrigerate over night. About three hours before using, work dough and roll, cut into circles with glass. Dip in hot melted butter, fold and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Let rise and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes
