[Memo]
This dive ties for best dive. We went to a harbor seal rookery. They mostly stayed in the shallow waters near shore, but they stayed down longer than the sea lions. We fed a few more sea urchins to the fish when we noticed the first seals. One silverish ones hung out most of the dive. "He" stayed with me and after awhile held my's hand and let me rub his chest. We even shook hands. Carl was looking under rocks when he felt something pulling him. He though it was me, but when he flipped over a seal took off. I told Carl "he" had his tank with both hands and wanted to have sex with him, just kidding. The seals did hang around for awhile. We found a big HEAVY rectangle of rebar and I propped it up. Carl swam through it, but I dropped it and it caught Carl's hoses and pulled the regulator out of his mouth. He found his reg and got it into his mouth for a few hits before he untangled himself and his hoses from the trap and put the reg back where it belongs. The seals followed us half way to the boat. We took a 3 minute safety stop on the way up.
