Kim's class was done with their exercises. Her instructor, Doug, invited Mike and I to tag along on a "play dive". I happily agreed. We told him that we'd let him know when we were ready to ditch them. We followed them down to the boats. I stayed behind to make sure that the class stayed together. It was kind of hard in 10ft vis! While they played around the boats, I was practicing buoyancy by just hovering next to them. I noticed that Kim had disappeared. I asked Mike where she was and he started looking for her. When he couldn't find her I asked Doug. He told me that she went to the surface. I told Mike. After a few more minutes, I noticed others heading to the surface. Doug came over and signalled to me that the class was going to the surface. I told him OK and goodbye. Mike and I started heading back up the ropes. We crossed over to the other rope looking for the tractor tire. We hunted around for a while but couldn't find it so we headed for the exit. Very calm, relaxing dive!
