[Memo]
Another first. Joe brought both of his scooters so this was my first dive at Manatee and my first real scooter dive. Since it was my first, we took it easy and only went back about 4500-5000 feet. :-P Lots of big passage. Lots of ups and downs. I'm kinda surprised no one got bent. :-P As we were going in, I dropped down through this arch where the current was so strong I came to a stand-still, even with the scooter. I had to start kicking to make it through. We went back past the well casing. We hit 47 minutes going in so Joe turned us on time (since the scooter batteries are only rated for two hours). Although the trip out seemed to go much faster!
