I told Billy that we never made it back to the Godzilla Room. So we decided to head back to Madison and make that our dive plan. This was my first time diving with Billy in his rebreather. He briefed me on how to switch him to OC and drag him out if needed. We headed back slowly but surely to the Godzilla Room. I pointed out the jump that completes the Godzilla Room circuit. Billy had me run the jump spool. We went through the Godzilla circuit and I picked up my spool on the way out. We got back to the main line. Billy asked which direction I wanted to head. I pointed deeper into the cave. We went up past Half Hitch and around the bend. I checked my SPG. Still had time but we were talking about doing a second dive there and I wanted to have something else to look at. I signalled Billy and turned the dive. It had been a good, long dive anyway. When we got out, I congratulated Billy for finally beating my air consumption. :-P
